1. What data we collect

LifeCraft stores the data you enter: goals, projects, skills, actions, context snapshots, reviews, resources, and time tracking data. This data is stored to help you manage your personal execution journeys.

2. Where data is stored

All data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (D1 database, Workers) within the EU. No data is transferred to third parties for processing.

3. AI features

When you use AI-assisted features (goal sharpening, checkpoint suggestions, skill analysis, next-action suggestions, resume assistant), your journey context is sent to OpenAI's API to generate suggestions. OpenAI processes this data under their API terms (no training on API data). You can use the app without AI features.

4. Access control

Access to the app is token-protected. Only users with a valid access token can view or modify data.

5. Your rights

• Right to access your data
• Right to delete your data
• Right to export your data (available via JSON export in the Time Planning section)
• Right to withdraw consent for AI processing
